It is used for insulator pancake punching and cutting, and is equipped with static elimination function. The finished insulators will be conveyed in pucks.

1. Special mold layout improves insulator utilization rate during punching;
2. Double shaft unwinding, increased unwinding buffer capacity helps realize manual roll changing without machine stops;
3. After manual splicing, the spliced tape is detected before the punching mold, so the mold stops at waiting position for the tape to skip punching and be discharged afterwards.
