This is a fully automatic EL filling machine for the production of Li-ion pouch cells, with functions of vacuum (normal state) EL filling, soaking and vacuum heat sealing, etc.

1. Bubble removal of electrolyte through filtration to effectively control impurity inside the filling duct and prevent poor filling effect due to bubble;
2. Independent structure of EL filling control: alarm will be triggered when air pocket is not sucked open; the filling process won't get started if the needle does not insert into the pocket;
3. Soaking with step vacuumizing function together with automatic cell taping for the purpose of rapid EL soaking;
4. Vacuum hot seal with vacuum diversion function to prevent electrolyte from being pumped out of the cell;
5. Automatic dismantling of filling and vacuum chambers for easy maintenance;
6. DMC storage tank is capable of auto filling duct cleaning.
