Pre-heating tunnel oven is mainly used to pre-heat winded JR before hot pressing, so as to realize JR pressing and trimming more efficiently and enhance single line capacity.

1. Pre-heating before hot press to fast achieve JR pressing and trimming effect to enhance single line capacity;
2. Special heating system design: pressure/temperature/air velocity control of pressure equalizing chamber, more uniform temperature control;
3. Front/back door exhaust system to prevent outflow of oven heat;
4. Linked double servo motors adopted in loading/unloading gantry; flexible gripper design to prevent collision;
5. High compatibility to realize fast product changeover.
