The automatic prismatic module assembly line includes processes of cell loading, cleaning and gluing, side plate welding, pole laser welding and module testing and offline, completing the automatic assembly from cell to module.

A lot of robots are used to integrate handling and tightening in a coordinated manner. Advanced prismatic cell stacking technology, busbar laser welding, A/B glue mixing and gluing technology, plasma cleaning technology, EOL testing are used to ensure high assembly quality and consistency.
