It adopts vacuum suction with substrate being attached to multi-pore plate of suction platform, which will be transferred below the coating die after horizontal movement at constant speed. The coating die uniformly coats the pre-mixed and debubbled slurry on the substrate, which will be heated and dried with baking function on the suction platform.
It is dedicated for lab line, convenient for process research and lab line production.
